The Core Peaks
PEN-Y-GHENT BITTER

A traditional session bitter with a wonderful balance of hops and malt. We use British Maris Otter malt and it is late hopped to create a fresh, aromatic and moreish taste.
WHERNSIDE PALE ALE
A classic easy drinking pale ale. This light amber coloured ale uses Maris Otter malt & two types of hops which are added late in the boil to bring a wonderful hoppy finish to the taste.
INGLEBOROUGH GOLD
A golden ale which is hoppy throughout with a fruity aroma. Uses British Maris Otter malt. Late hopped using 3 varieties of hops to create a fresh aromatic taste

SHADOW CASTER DARK ALE
A old style dark ale which is deliciously rich and malty
PLUM PORTER
The newest addition to our range which has already gathered a lot of interest. Our take on this classic combination builds on roast & chocolate malts of the porter while infusing the flavour of fruity plum
MALHAM TARN STOUT
Named after the ancient and mysterious lake which dominates the uplands of the Dales, this very easy to drink stout is dark, rich & flavoursome
